How to install the application?
Find us on the Atlassian Marketplace website (marketplace.atlassian.com). Search for 'Europa Notebooks'. Click on the 'Try it free' or 'Buy it now' link in the top-right of the product page.
How to request a product feature?
We'd love to hear from you. Please visit our Service Desk to submit a feature request or to vote on an existing feature.
How to increase my user limit?
The number of users is linked to your Atlassian subscription. You can manage your subscription from "Settings > Billing > Manage subscriptions" in the Atlassian application.
What is a concurrent user?
The number of concurrent users is equal to the number of notebook sessions in edit mode at the same time. You can reduce concurrent usage by stopping your personal notebook server when finished. Notebook servers left unattended for a period of time will be automatically shutdown. Any notebook changes are automatically saved.
